Jared Rennie | Founder, CEO

Jared is our Chief Executive Officer and walking encyclopedia for all things coffee. He sets the vision for where we are going next, makes sure we are all aligned and pointed in the same direction, and does all of our green coffee sourcing. Jared spends his free time learning about everything in sight and spending time with his family in the outdoors.
Robin Waisanen | Director of Operations

Robin oversees our 4 departments: coffeehouse, roasting, wholesale, and marketing. She helps these departments to collaborate with each other and makes sure our management has the tools they need to execute their tasks well and efficiently. She also loves to teach our Coffee Classes, arming the public and our new staff with an artillery of coffee knowledge. When she’s not in the coffeehouse, Robin likes to spend her time hiking and camping alongside her husband.

Chloe manages our coffeehouse and marketing. With 2 rolls, there is a lot to keep her busy! Chloe trains our coffeehouse staff and makes sure our guests have an exceptional experience at the coffeehouse. She also promotes our coffees and other products/events through multiple platforms, while making sure our internal publications are as beautiful as possible. Outside of coffee, Chloe enjoys being creative - she loves painting faces, making balloon animals, playing music, and basically anything else that gets the creative juices flowing.

Joe our head-roaster here at Noble and his enthusiasm about beans makes it fun and easy to talk coffee with him. He works hard to make sure our coffees are always tasting as incredible as they possibly can, dissecting the smallest details to brainstorm ways to make our coffees shine even more. But, Joe’s knowledge goes beyond coffee; he loves to cook and share his creations. The NCR staff can’t get enough of his homemade tamales.

Sloane hand delivers our coffee to our local wholesale partners while making sure our coffee tastes great wherever it’s served. She is responsible for packaging and shipping our coffee and gear around the globe, making sure every order is perfect and arrives in a timely manner. When she’s not here at Noble, Sloane enjoys sewing, crocheting, and playing with her 3 cats: Beetle, Thistle, and Daliah.
